About me

I run a private coaching business in West London and have been a career coach for INSEAD Business School for MBAs, EMBAs and alumni since 2016.

I lead leadership executive programmes across industries, up-skilling and preparing senior executives for C-suite succession. I am an adjunct faculty member of Executive programmes at London Business School.

I am a career and executive coach, with a unique combination of skills drawn from over 20 years of experience as a strategy consultant and as an independent provider of management development services.

As a lead coach of Women Returners, I have been dedicated to coaching senior professionals wanting to return to work after an extended career break, playing a central role in the introduction and growth of ‘returnships’ at Top 250 listed companies in the UK.

In my earlier career, I was a Management Consultant at both Arthur D. Little (London and Singapore) and Accenture (Australia and the UK) which has given me an appreciation of career challenges that senior executives face across industries and at various stages of their careers.

I hold a Diploma in Clinical Organisational Psychology (INSEAD CCC 2010) and MBA (INSEAD) and a Bachelor in Economics  (Monash University, Australia).
