We will start our work together by understanding who you are, what you enjoy doing, what you are good at, what sets you apart, what’s unique about you. We will uncover your passions, your aspirations, your fears, your stumbling blocks.
I will challenge you and encourage you to dig further as you make choices whilst addressing your limiting beliefs and barriers to success.
I will guide you to create a vision and clarify your personal and professional goals.
Once you gain absolute clarity on your goals and aspirations and commit to your desired outcome, we will focus on planning for success and navigating through your challenges. I can give you guidance on your CV / LinkedIn and help you prepare and practise your pitch.
If relevant, I may suggest appropriate leadership tools and models to help you work through a particular issue or challenge or simply to help you be more effective. This often includes building self-confidence, raising visibility, preparing for promotion or dealing with a difficult boss.
To get the most from your coaching sessions, I ask you to be fully prepared, open and engaged. The sessions are based on your agenda, not mine. I listen without judgement, reflect, ask questions, provide perspective and opinions but I believe that ultimately you always know what is best for you.
Typically we will meet monthly over 6-9 months, either face to face or over Skype / Zoom.
